    VNE "B" Series Sanitary Butterfly Valves

    VNE Butterfly Valves are available in Manual, Air Actuated, or Air Actuated with two Micro switches and a Solenoid Valve. Clamp or Weld ends are standard. Other connections are available upon request.

    Available seat materials include Silicone, Viton®, and EPDM. Sizes range from 1" through 4". All product contact surfaces are available in either T304 or T316 stainless steel.

    Alfa Laval - LKB Series Sanitary Butterfly Valves

    The Alfa Laval LKB Series are highly economical on/off routing valves of the highest quality. Butterfly valves can be supplied as either automatic or manually operated systems.

    Due to the large opening areas, these stainless steel valves offer low flow resistance, allow for reversible flow direction and provide gentle treatment of low and medium viscosity products.

    Butterfly valves from Alfa Laval are also available with flange connections, which in welded systems allow for easier in-line maintenance. LKB can be fitted with vertically mounted LKLA actuators, as well as the ThinkTop control and indication unit.

    Alfa Laval - LKB Series - Low Pressure Sanitary Butterfly Valves

    Alfa Laval LKB Series Low Pressure is a sanitary, manually-operated butterfly valve for use in stainless steel pipe systems, and is operated by means of a handle. The handle mechanically locks the valve in its open or closed position.

    A disc closes against a rubber seal when the handle is at right angle to the pipeline. When the handle is turned 90° the disc is parallel to the product flow and the valve is fully open.

    FEATURES/SPECIFICATIONS:
    • ASTM 316L grade stainless steel material
    • Surface finish meets all 3-A, FDA & USDA standards and requirements
    • 316L mirror finish disc helps provides an even flow preventing obstructions and restrictions
    • FDA approved Silicone, EPDM, Viton, and White Viton Seals are available
    • Special 304ss 13-position, spring loaded, lever lock handle
    • Standard Connections are Tri-Clamp and Butt-Weld. Other end connections are available upon request
