    Fristam FPR Series
    Standard Duty Pumps

Fristam’s FPR Series Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps
Easy-maintenance centrifugal pumps with front pull-out seal

Fristam’s FPR Series sanitary centrifugal pumps, designed for easy maintenance and less parts inventory, exceed the standard established with their high performance centrifugal and positive displacement pumps.

FPR Series centrifugal pumps reduce maintenance time and effort. Designed with a front pullout seal, the FPR allows production personnel to service the pump in place—processors no longer need to pull pumps out of line to change seals.

Fully CIP’able, the FPR’s design meets the most stringent sanitary standards. Its fully balanced internal seal performs at virtually any pressure. An optional stainless steel flange provides corrosion resistance.

Additionally, no special tools are required to service FPR pumps. FPR pumps have fewer parts, so processors have less maintenance parts to stock.

    Fristam FP Series
    Heavy Duty Pumps

Fristam FP Series Heavy-Duty Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps
Heavy-duty pedestal-mounted centrifugal pumps for demanding applications

This versatile heavy-duty pump is the cornerstone of the Fristam line. For vacuum withdrawal from evaporators, viscous, hot or abrasive products and many other applications, the Fristam FP Series is the benchmark for the sanitary processing industry.

The FP Series is often an alternative for applications that have typically required positive displacement pumps. Their close tolerances and superior impeller design allow Fristam FP’s to successfully pump cream, eggs and cell cultures. Fristam’s internal seal uses the cooling and lubrication of the product to provide longer seal life. The Fristam design also maintains constant pressure between the seal faces to prevent potential contamination.

    Fristam FM Series
    High Pressure Pumps

Fristam FM Series High Pressure Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps
Heavy-duty high pressure pumps with bearing block assemblies

Fristam’s multi-stage centrifugals have been developed specifically to generate high pressures and operate under extreme pressure conditions. Perfect for reverse osmosis and similar high pressure applications, this series is less costly to purchase and maintain than other types of high pressure pumps. Fristam’s high pressure centrifugals provide a steady nonpulsating flow which improves product quality and extends run time with less maintenance. Capable of withstanding up to 1,000 PSI inlet pressure and available with up to four stages, the Fristam FM Series can be configured to meet your pressure and flow needs.

Also available: Fristam’s close-coupled FM (CCFM) allows you to generate high pressures while conserving space. This single stage pump handles inlet pressures up to 1,000 PSI.

    Viscosity (max.) 600 cps
Flow Rate (max.) 600 gpm (2270 lpm)
Discharge Pressure (max.) 340, 1250 in stages psi (23.5, 86 bar)

    High Pressure Pumps

Fristam FPH/FPHP Series High Pressure Sanitary Centrifugal Pumps
High pressure pumps with high volume recirculation capabilities

Fristam’s FPX pumps feature the same high performance pump head as the FP. The FPX is the pump of choice for most conventional applications. Superior value results from its mounting style and the use of a single internal seal only.

Fristam’s FPH and FPHP Series centrifugal high pressure pumps supplement the capabilities of the Fristam multi-stage pumps. These models were designed specifically for recirculation in reverse osmosis systems or handling high process line pressures. As recirculation pumps, they offer greater flexibility when designing or upgrading your system. The FPH 3542 handles inlet pressures up to 600 PSI while the FPHP 722 and 3542 models handle inlet pressures up to 1,000 PSI.

    Viscosity (max.) 800 cps
Flow Rate (max.) 750 gpm (2840 lpm)
