Graco Launches SaniForce™ Sanitary Pump Line

Graco introduces the new Graco SaniForce™ line of sanitary transfer pumps, including drum and bin unloaders, which can easily move a broad range of viscosities from fruit juices and pizza sauce to the most difficult materials like caramel and peanut butter.

Graco's new SaniForce™ line saves you time and money by pumping the most difficult materials - quickly and safely.

Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps
(AODD Pumps)

Graco's SaniForce™Air-Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps (AODD's) have flow rates up to 150 gpm (568 lpm) and are best suited for low to medium viscosity materials. All models are FDA-compliant and meet the CFR Title 21. Graco's overmolded diaphragms virtually eliminate the risk of harboring bacteria, improve wear and are easy to clean. The air valves have a three-way pilot valve for true non-sticking operation, are externally serviceable and have fewer moving parts. 3A and EHEDG certifications are available. More Info
Piston Pumps

Graco's SaniForce™Piston Pumps have pressure ratios up to 12:1 and are ideal for low to medium viscosity materials. The new air motors improve serviceability, increase efficiency and have a lower cost of ownership. The quick knockdown lowers are made with 300 series stainless steel, designed for fast and easy cleaning and are available in either double ball or priming piston designs. More Info
Drum & Bin Unloaders

Graco SaniForce™Drum Unloaders can evacuate medium to high viscosity products from their original 55-gallon (208 l) containers, without diluting the material. The inflatable ram plate seal minimizes leakage, allows for faster change-out of drums and delivers a 99% evacuation rate. Additional features include a one size follower plate and seal to accommodate straight-sided and tapered drums, a liner guard to prevent bags from entering the pump and sanitary flange clamps for quick disassembly. More Info
Bin Evacuation Systems

Graco's SaniForce™ Bin Evacuation Systems™ (BES) eliminate manual scooping and bin dumping by unloading materials efficiently from 300-gallon (1135.6 l) "bag-in-bin" containers. Graco's BES can achieve flow rates up to 100 gpm (400 lpm) on medium to high viscosity products. The unique floating ram plate removes the need for exact positioning of bins under the ram plate and the inflatable wiper creates a tight seal preventing contaminants from entering the container. Available with diaphragm or piston pumps. More Info

Flotronic Diaphragm Piping Pulsation Dampeners
[Pipe Pulsation Dampeners, Pump Pulsation Dampeners, Pulsation Dampers]

Flotronic Diaphram Pulsation Dampeners Pulsation Dampeners reduce stress and optimize flow

Use of Air Operated Diaphragm pumps or other styles of pumps, which produce a pulsed flow, can create vibration in the delivery pipe work. Flotronic's piping pulsation dampener fitted in any conforming position in a pipe system will eliminate up to 95% of pulsation, thus reducing vibration and all associated problems.

    Benefits of removing pulsation:
  • Reduces vibration and shake from pipe work
  • Reduces stress on pipe work joints and support brackets
  • Reduces the number of support brackets required
  • Allows more accurate readings when pumping through mass flow meters & other instruments
  • Increases safety by reducing pressure surges
Unique design eliminates the need for recharging
Flotronic pulsation dampener units differ from other pulsation dampener designs in that they utilise a constant air supply to maintain a 'live loaded' diaphragm. By using standard factory air that is regulated to an optimum pressure - relative to dampener position - all the problems associated with recharging are eliminated.

Diaphragm rupture protection
Flotrontic have a proven Diaphragm Protection System that can be incoporated into the design. This system utilises a secondary diaphragm to protect against leakage in the event of a primary diaphragm failure, thus improving the integrity for hazardous chemical applications. The inclusion of a secondary diaphragm allows the dampener unit to be fitted with an alarm or other leak detection device.

    Materials:
  • Aluminium PVC Polypropylene PVDF
  • PTFE (Teflon)
  • 304 Stainless Steel 316 Stainless Steel Hastelloy® (and other exotic metals)
  • Anti-Static grade plastics
Sizes and pipework connections
Available in all sizes 1/2" - 3" with any screwed or flange connection, including BSP, NPT, ANSI, DIN, RJT, IDF and more!

Virgin PTFE and other materials
Flotronic developed the one-piece, bonded, virgin PTFE diaphragm over a 15-year period and it has been well proven in our range of pumps. This long life diaphragm is utilised in the range to ensure total reliability with a wide range of pumped media whlist operating on a " short stroke " basis. Diaphragms are available in a range of other materials including: Nitrile, Viton®, EPDM, food grade Elastomers
