    GEA Tuchenhagen VESTA® Sterile Valves

    The new VESTA® valve generation from GEA Tuchenhagen has been specially designed without a membrane to provide the most effective sterile valve system available. The valves are pocket-free, provide absolute drainage and are easy to install. These sanitary valves are ideal for low flow volume applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biotech segments.

    With a size range from DN 10 - 65 (DIN), 1/2" - 2 1/2" (OD), and 42,4x2 - 76,1x2 (ISO), VESTA® valves are the smallest of their kind to operate without the use of a membrane. Instead, sealing is achieved through hermetically sealed PTFE bellows which are pocket free, avoiding the retention of process product and allowing effective sterilization. Their design also allows the orientated vertically or horizontally for easy fitting in confined spaces.

    VESTA® sterile valves can be used in a wide range of applications in the laboratory or within complex process plants.
