    Niro Soavi's NanoValve® is a new high-efficiency homogenizing valve that microsizes milk and dairy products at a lower pressure than was ever possible before, while achieving the same or better results on emulsion quality of the processed product.

    With the NanoValve® you can save 30% of the ordinary power consumption while at the same time improving the quality of your product. The NanoValve® concept also guarantees a longer life of the homogenizing valve parts.

    Niro Soavi has also developed the NanoValve® RNS homogenizing valve family for Very High Pressure applications based on the unique NanoValve technology, for cells rupture and emulsions micronization.

    NanoValve® can easily be installed both on old and new machines, also in aseptic execution.
