The Gamajet Validator is an easy to install and operate sensor system, that verifies whether the Gamajet machine is providing the expected impact in the precise 360-degree global indexing pattern. This low voltage electronic sensor is designed specifically for sanitary environments and proves perfect for all sanitary industries such as food, pharmaceutical, personal care, brewing, dairy and cosmetic.

How it Works:
The Gamajet unit will create the expected high impact jet. At different intervals this jet will hit the sensor of The Validator. Each strike will both display a readout on the LCD screen as well as transmit an electric output signal to the designated receiver. The Validator can be programmed to pick up different ranges of impact to ensure the Gamajet unit is properly functioning within the tank; without any false positives. Gamajet V (5) Tank Cleaning Spray Devices
For compact cleaning of smaller tanks, vats and vessels The new Gamajet V’s compact size readily passes through a 3 inch opening, making it ideal for cleaning small tanks, vats and vessels. Gamajet V offers the cleaning power and flexibility you need. It surpasses spray balls, water blasting, boil outs, manual hose, and scraping and chipping. The Gamajet V is a fluid-driven, rotary tank cleaning machine designed to fit through small passageways and to clean smaller vessels (up to 15’ (4.57 m) in diameter by 15’ (4.57 m) high). It revolves 360° in both the horizontal and vertical planes, with synchronized solid jets providing a tight and thorough scouring pattern on the inside tank surfaces in just one complete cycle. Its horizontal and vertical rotation patterns are interlocked and controlled by gears, not by any reaction forces. A choice of nozzle sizes, turbines and gear speeds offers a range of flow rates, pressures and wash cycle times.

Gamajet Intrepid - Low Flow Rinsing Machine

The Intrepid offers fast, validatable tank rinsing with 80% less water than the standard spray ball at the SAME pressure. This type of cleaning (fast and thorough without the use of chemicals) is ideal for cleaning light liquids and powders. A 500 gallon tank that once took 10 minutes at 60 psi and 60 gpm with a spray ball now takes 4 minutes with only 15 gpm at the same pressure. In addition to the 510 gallons of water saved, the tank will be cleaned thoroughly, every time without clogging. Unlike traditional Gamajet rotary impingement tank cleaners, the Intrepid utilizes a unique "direct-drive" design, requiring no gear reduction.
